ARE YOU READY TO QUIT SMOKING?

The most important thing is that YOU must be ready to quit smoking. Your spouse, doctor, boss, mother, father, kids, cat or dog may want you to quit but...if you really don’t want to quit, you probably will not be successful.
 

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT TO STOP SMOKING?

The methods I use to help people stop smoking normally take up to three sessions. Some people are able to stop smoking after only one session, that could be you. Most people reduce smoking after the first session. Everyone is different and that’s why you pay for each live session individually. I recommend at least two sessions, once you are on the winning side you don’t want to relapse. Most smokers will need three sessions.
 

HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER I STOP SMOKING?

One third of my clients feel as if they never smoked. Another third may start to go for that pack of cigarettes that used to be in their shirt pocket or in their pocketbook and then chuckle realizing that they don’t smoke any more. The last third will get the urge to smoke for about 10-15 seconds then realize that they don’t need that cigarette. There is no way I can tell which way you will react. It really doesn’t matter, everyone will feel as if they never smoked shortly after quitting.
 

ABOUT THE SESSIONS.

Each session will take less than 45 minutes. You may find that the guided session is like having a daydream. You will find out for yourself when you have your introductory session.
 

WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING THE SESSION?

The most important thing is to follow my instructions. Allow yourself to become relaxed, there is no need to do anything else.
