I use SKYPE as a method to connect via video call. To use SKYPE it must be down loaded, this service is free. I do not use your phone. You must have a computer video camera and a set of earphones with microphone attachment. The combination of this equipment is ideal because it allows clear visual and voice communication and does not need to be an expensive investment. Skype is only used for live sessions.
