Weight is a huge concern to many, less weight - live longer, happier, more confidently… The reasons go on and on. I’m here to help you. My office clients all seemed to have different reasons for their poor eating habits. I Have composed a combination of sessions that deal with most of those reasons. No one can STOP eating they must learn to control their eating habits and take back control. What do I mean take back CONTROL? I mean eliminating the temptations, or as I like to think of them as Tauntations, from fast food chains, candy companies, soft drink bottlers, or any food manufacture that makes these items available to us. You must realize that the companies are NOT interested in your health, only your purchasing power and they will do anything in their power to get you money. You can not avoid exposure to junk food it is all around you, supermarkets, billboards, TV ads, It seems like they are all out there to get you fat.
Why aren’t all people fat with so much exposure to poor choices of food? Many are simply in control. Perhaps they were brought up a little differently and junk food may not appeal to them. Perhaps their metabolisms are different, that may be the case but I still see many thin people suffer from diabetes or heart conditions or other problems caused by poor eating habits. Poor diet will make you sick one way or another. Make up your mind to take back control. Most people find it difficult to get that control, especially if they really never experienced control in their lives. That’s why I’m here , to help you get in control. Gaining control is not really that hard with hypnosis. The main thing is you must WANT that control. YOU must say to yourself “I can do that” and mean it. I can not help you take control if you would rather give away control of your life to others.
You should use all three sessions along with others listed, more will be added from time to time. Sessions should be used over and over as much as you feel you need them, in 30 days(in many cases much less time) you should notice your clothes fitting looser. Many clients use this program in conjunction with other weight loss programs for faster results. The best programs are ones that stress life style changes, not crash diets. My sessions are designed for long lasting effects that will lead to a healthier longer life.
